Lance just finished our deck in 2 days! It is beautiful! And built correctly! No bad wood from Home Depot, used guerry lumber, correct hardware. The deck is attached to our home and weather sealed. This guy is the equivalent of "Holmes on Homes". So happy to have found someone that knows what they are doing, shows up on time, does the job correctly, cleans up his job site and at a very affordable price...yep, I'm doing my happy dance!

This is an amazing company. We were out of town for a hurricane and they came to check on my house, make sure all my chickens were safe and sent pictures - no charge as they genuinely care about the community.

Lance was awesome, he came over the next day and was very professional. He offered me several solutions to my broken dishwasher, and he will also be changing all my locks. I highly recommend Lance and would recommend him to anyone who is unsure the solution to their home problem!

Lance came out on a Saturday to do a consultation on my sinking floors and broken stairs, which was very helpful. He was friendly, professional, and honest. He showed me that my problem wasn't as bad as I had feared, rather than play on my inexperience and tell me I needed unnecessary work. I'm sure he's going to do a great job! Whether I rent the house or live in it, I would go to Lance for all my repairs!

We had one exterior and two interior slab doors to install, plus a stair rail repair. Always There's quote was very fair, he arrived on time, and even picked up the doors we had ordered on the way to our home. The doors look great, the stair rail is safe and secure, and Lance even repaired a toilet that was giving us trouble. I can recommend Always there with no reservations. We will definitely call him again!

I see I'm the first to write a review here on Google, so I want to make sure that anyone looking for a professional handyman knows Lance is your man.

I have been trying to find a handyman for months. What I've encountered up until contacting Lance was a severe lack of professionalism. Prior to him I contacted 3-4 other handymen. They either didn't respond, responded very late or failed to show to scheduled appointments. I don't know how these guys stay in business that way, but I was discouraged.

If you search for handymen in Savannah the results seem to change, so I didn't come across Lance until a bit later in my search. I sent Lance a message explaining what I was looking for and we scheduled a time for him to come over and give me a quote. He actually showed up and was very professional.

I showed him all the jobs I needed done and he provided me with what I consider to be fair quotes. We scheduled a time for him to start the first project, which still has to be done, but I'm so impressed with Lance that I wanted to let fellow homeowners know that Lance is your guy!

I'm confident that the backsplash he will install will be done well. Always There Home Services is worth your time because Lance values your time and will be "always be there."
